Ask God to show you your covenant family, people who believe in God’s plan for you and are there to support you and remind you even when you forget it. The people God brings in your life are there cos of their love for God and you and not because of what you can do for them. If you still haven’t found your covenant family, ask God to lead you to such people who will stand by you when the going gets tough and keep reminding you of God’s goodness and His mercy in your life and can help you to be accountable on whatever God has entrusted you with.
God brings some people for a season and some for a lifetime, allow God’s wisdom to help you know the season for which He brings people and the grace to let them go when their purpose in your life is done. More than anything it’s God who is your ultimate source of comfort and companionship so trust in Him at all times more than the people in your life. Spend more time with God to know who are the people you should be spending your time with and the lives you need to invest in.
